Key Requirements 
  • Successfully completed G.C.E A/L
  • Should be between 20 - 30 years of age 
  • An outgoing personalty with good PR, Communication and Negotiation skills 
  • Ability to converse in English / Sinhala or Tamil language effectively
  • Experience in Hire Purchase, Lease & Loans recovery Methods will be an added advantage 
  • Should possess a motorcycle riding license 
  • Applicants from the locations mentioned above will be given preference
